Dr. Duncan Sze-Tu Joins Southern Tier HealthLink Board of Directors

Southern Tier HealthLink (STHL) today announced that Dr. Duncan Sze-Tu of Endwell Family Physicians (EFP) is joining the STHL Board of Directors.
Dr. Sze-Tu is a partner in and has an active practice at Endwell Family Physicians/The Walk-In in Endwell, New York. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed his Residency and Teaching Fellowship at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Sze-Tu is a Clinical Associate Professor of Family Medicine at SUNY Upstate University. He is a Sub investigator for Regional Clinical Research and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the NY State Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the NY State Medical Society and the Broome County Medical Society. He has professional interests in Family Practice, Adult and Pediatric Care, Geriatric Care, Electro-Therapeutic Point Stimulation, Colposcopy, Gynecological Care, Endometrial Biopsy, Minor Office Surgery and Clinical Research.
Of his appointment to the Southern Tier HealthLink Board of Directors, Dr. Sze-Tu commented, The use of STHLs Health Information Exchange significantly improves our patient referral workflow at Endwell Family Physicians. We are able to get patient records to specialists and other providers faster and more accurately, and patients will receive better, more timely care through this use of technology. We have also benefitted from our ability to access patient records -- with their consent, of course allowing us to provide even more comprehensive care.
